The National Chief Imam in Ghana, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, who is about to turn hundred (100) years have made a visit to Christ the King Catholic Church in Accra, Ghana where BBC Africa has covered the whole church service.
Many has found this act of the National Imam as a peaceful sign after the revelation of a pastor that stated “the chief Imam may die this year”. This revelation caused a lot of misunderstanding among the youth of both religions.
The Christ the King Church joyfully celebrated the Leader and congratulate him, sang a happy birthday song for him.
As today marks a very important day for all Christians, as they day Jesus raised from dead. It will also be added as the day the National Chief Imam visits the church to show as a sign of peace between the two major religions in Ghana.
